Can you give more insights into how your Fine Art Expressions are produced?
All of my Fine Art Pre-Matted Giclée Prints are personally made by me. In addition, a great deal of my pre-framed expressions are also personally made and assembled by me.
Fine Art Prints:
Not just any old paper will do! My fine art prints are just the way to add that beautiful finishing touch to a room! Each is printed on archival quality paper using archival inks that are designed to last for generations when kept out of direct sunlight. Here's some additional information regarding my prints:
- Hand signed by artist
- Includes Signed certificate of authenticity
- Pre-attached to mat and a rigid backboard
- Ships in clear, acid free bag inside of a rigid mailer
- Arrives Ready to be framed
Luster Art Paper:
- Semi-gloss, faintly textured finish
- 255 GSM heavyweight photo paper
- Archival Age Resistence: 100+ years*
- Cockle-free RC base
Fine Art Paper:
- Textured Matte Finish
- 285 GSM 100% α-cellulose and 310 GSM 100% Cotton Rag papers
- Archival Age Resistance: 100+ years*
- Acid-Free and Lignin-Free
*When kept out of direct sunlight, in a temperature controlled environment with low humidity.
The print with the mat will fit a frame with the following openings:
- 5x7 prints are matted to 8x10
- 8x10 prints are matted to 11x14
- 11x14 prints are matted to 16x20
- 12x16 prints are matted to 16x20
- 16x20 prints are matted to 20x24
Do you offer signed works?
Yes! Many of my Fine Art Expressions contain my actual, handwritten signature. However, some of my expressions, namely, special order items contains a digital representation of my signature.
Do you offer limited edition works?
At this time, I do not offer limited edition. However, that too may be something that I revisit at a later time.
I’d like to return my purchase; do you accept returns?
I’m sorry that you’re not pleased with your purchase. For pre-matted expressions and framed expression from my Art Gallery Collection, you may return those items in new condition within 30 days of delivery for a refund. You will be responsible for shipping charges. Please contact me prior to shipping.
For special order items, unfortunately, I am not able to accept returns due to buyer’s remorse. Since an item is only produced when ordered, neither my production partners nor I keep any inventory of such items. For each item produced, my production partner receives a commission to cover the materials and labor that go into producing each expression. Due to these circumstances, I am unable to accept returns of special order items due to buyer’s remorse.
I have an issue with my order, what should I do?
Great care is taken when producing each and every fine art expression. There are several quality checks put in place to help insure that each expression is of the finest quality. With that said, if you should have a problem with any of my fine art expressions, due to damage during shipping or a product defect, please contact me at info@FineArtExpressions.com as soon as possible and I will work diligently to resolve your issue.
I like to shop with peace of mind. Is the purchasing process secure?
Absolutely! You'll notice that the url in the address bar has the letter "s" after the http portion. That means that our site is secure and you can shop with confidence and peace of mind. In addition, we are powered by Shopify, a trusted partner that provides a secure and encrypted checkout experience. The "Shopify Secure" logo is proudly displayed at the bottom of our website.
How long does it take to produce my order?
Items in-house such as pre-matted fine art prints and framed selections in my Art Gallery Collection may ship in 3-5 days after purchase. For special order items: Since I partner with multiple vendors, production time varies from 2-4 days. Production time for pillowcases is 7-10 days. Production time for fine art canvas is 3-5 days. Please note: large order of 6 or more items could potentially take longer.
Will my order have a tracking number?
Most Canada and all US bound orders will have tracking. You will receive a shipping notification when your order has been shipped, which will include the tracking number, if applicable.
When can I expect to receive my order?
Within the US, orders usually take 2-7 business days to arrive once shipped. Within Canada, orders usually take 2-13 business days. For example, a package sent Canada Post Expedited may take 5 days to get to Vancouver, BC, and another package sent by the same service will take 13 days to get to Iqaluit, Nunavut. International orders take 10-30 business days, but may be delayed at the border of the destination country as they go through customs. Please note: Shipping time is independent of production time.
